Julie Hohbein

Julie joined CommunityWorks in February 2008 as a Housing Program Lender.  She has 25 years banking background, the last 5 years as a Mortgage Loan Officer for Starion Financial. She also has one year experience working as an Escrow Closing Officer for North Dakota Guaranty and Title Co.

While working as a Mortgage Loan Officer, she frequently utilized the programs that CommunityWorks has to offer, and participated in the “Financing Your Home” segment of the Homebuyer Education program sponsored by CWND and Community Action.

Julie is a longtime resident of Mandan, has one grown son and 2 grown stepsons.
