the mission of providing affordable housing and development
opportunities to revitalize communities and improve the standard of
living and quality of life for North Dakotans.
Through its programs
and services, CommunityWorks has helped many families and individuals

safe and affordable homes and has helped to
maintain and revitalize many North Dakota communities.
CommunityWorks benefits communities in many ways,

Increasing housing and construction activities.
Providing residents with more housing choices and opportunities.
Helping local businesses keep and attract employees by providing more housing opportunities.
Helping cities to keep and attract residents in order to enhance the economic and social base of their community.
Enhancing local real estate markets.
Making "better" borrowers by providing homebuyer education and counseling to clients and making "better" lenders by providing technical assistance for mortgage programs.
