Secretary

Wade has been in the real estate business for 13 years.  He and his wife, Edie, are co-owners/brokers of Century 21 Landmark Realty, which received the "Champion of Affordable Housing Award" from NDHFA in 2003.  He also is a licensed real estate appraiser.

Aside from his involvement with CommunityWorks, Wade serves on the Morton County Planning and Zoning Board and the Bismarck-Mandan Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Other involvements include working with Affordable Housing Developers Inc. on various moderate-income housing projects, and REO work for NDHFA, Bank of ND, Rural Development, HUD and VA.
