Tonya White Mountain is employed as a Loan Packager with the Standing Rock Housing Authority where she began working with home purchase programs 14 years ago.  Tonya’s main focus is to assist the members of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe in the many aspects involved in purchasing a home in Indian Country.  She is a certified Homebuyer Counselor and also provides credit counseling.

Tonya is also part of a coalition entitled Coalition of Indian Housing Authorities in North Dakota (CIHAND).  Tonya also enjoys volunteering at her church.
