Rich Barta
City of Mandan/Golden Age Services

A native of Dunn County, Rich is the Zoning Administrator for the City of Mandan.  Prior to his current position, he served as the City Assessor for Mandan.

He is active on several boards including the North Dakota's Assessor's Association, North Dakota Building Officials Association, ND League of Cities, Bismarck-Mandan Christmas in April, and CommunityWorks.  He has been a Board member for CommunityWorks since it was organized in 1995.

Rich and his wife, Geri, have two children and two grandchildren.  Their hobbies include boating, camping, and motorcycle riding.
