Michael Zainhofsky

Michael currently serves as Executive Director for the Burleigh County Housing Authority and CEO for Community Homes of Bismarck, a private non-profit housing corporation.  In these capacities, he manages 510 units and 1100 rental assistance housing vouchers in the private sector.  He is a Certified Public Housing Manager in Bismarck.  The practice of his profession is focused upon the management of elderly and special needs housing in the City of Bismarck and Burleigh and Kidder counties.

In addition, he serves on the Boards of Missouri Valley Habitat for Humanity, CommunityWorks North Dakota, and the Bismarck/Mandan Apartment Owners Association.

Prior to his present management positions, Michael held management positions for 10 years in the private sector and 11 years in state government.  He received his B.A. from Benedictine College and a MPA from the University of North Dakota.
