Jessica Thomasson

Jessica Thomasson has been working in housing and community development for more than 10 years.  She is currently the director of Lutheran Social Services Housing Inc. – a non-profit housing corporation that operates as a subsidiary of Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota.  LSS Housing was created to build and preserve affordable housing in rural areas of North Dakota. 

Previously, Jessica was the Senior Deputy Director of the Fannie Mae North Dakota Community Business Center where she partnered with lenders and community leaders from across the state to find creative solutions to local housing challenges. She also spent 8 years as the Senior Community Development Planner for the City of Fargo where she was involved with the city’s neighborhood planning, affordable housing, homelessness and downtown development efforts. 

Jessica is originally from Park River, ND, and is married with two sons, ages 3 and 6.
