PresidentA native of Parshall, Clayton Hoffman has served at Oliver-Mercer Electric Cooperative since 1982, the last 19 years as the CEO and General Manager. He has also served as the Branch Manager for KBM Engineering Consulting in Grand Forks, the Director of the Rural Water Development Office for the Old West Regional Commission, and the Chairman of the Business/Agri-Business Department at Colby Community College in Kansas.
A graduate of the Masters program in Agricultural Economics at North Dakota State University, Clayton is Chairman of the Sakakawea Hospital Association and is also a Board member for the Hazen Community Development Association, the Mercer-Oliver Economic Development Association, the Sakakawea Hospital Foundation, the Lewis & Clark Regional Development Council (Chairman of the CDBG Committee), and the North Dakota Association of Rural Electric Cooperatives. He also serves on the Community and Economic Development Committee for the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.
